Farewell to Mr. Powell
Mr. Powell left office with loud applause.
He was considered to be moderate, in the midst of the aggressive US administration
He was a successful veteran diplomats with many achievements to be proud of:
- Relationship with China
- Relationship with Russia, India and Pakiston
- NATO expansion
- War on terrorism
- Double foreign assistance
He was respected by many foreign leaders and diplomats.
He was not very aggressive. He has made a private visit to Arafat, to many hotspots in the world, and has represented the US in United Nations.
